Coating machine
Coating machines are often used in the skilled trades, for example in carpentry or joinery workshops or in the timber industry, to coat profiled boards for facades, mouldings or soffits. There are various types of coating machines, some of which also have an automatic feed.
On production lines, they are sometimes used in combination with other systems or equipment, for example a grinding machine or drying equipment. In comparison to painting by hand, the coating machine delivers huge time savings – projects that would have taken days can be completed in a matter of hours. An automatic feed in combination with several rotating brushes ensures even coating results. Excess paint is collected and fed through a filter back into the paint container, creating a closed loop with only minimal loss of material.
