ADLER's long-term goal is to become Europe's No. 1 for surface finishing. The key success factors in working towards this goal will be innovation and sustainability, top quality products and expert, personal customer service. One of our main areas of focus in Research & Development is the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly paints and varnishes for ADLER's "green" range. Here we are planning new products for innovative coating techniques such as Excimer and digital printing, as well as new technologies for fire prevention coatings.

In the ADLER factory in Schwaz, we are now initiating the first steps in construction for our major expansion and modernisation project "Fabrik der Zukunft" ("Factory of the Future"). The first stage of construction will see the realisation of a new, fully automated logistics system for raw materials; further medium-term building measures include the expansion of our production capacity.

Looking ahead to the future, the foundations for ADLER's success will continue to be our highly skilled and motivated employees in the ADLER factory in Schwaz and in all our service points and sales organisations. The ADLER team will continue to grow in 2022, and we are also planning various new initiatives, in particular in the areas of continuous professional development and workplace health.
