The water-based, two-component Polycolor system enhances PVC windows, doors, and garden furniture with outstanding quality. It delivers high hardness and scratch resistance, excellent mechanical and chemical durability, and long-lasting performance. The unique coating structure ensures a perfect surface finish. Unlike films or colored plastics, the surface remains extremely color-stable and is easy to clean. Additionally, this premium coating system offers unprecedented design flexibility thanks to its wide color range—all RAL and NCS shades are available—and a variety of texture pastes, allowing PVC windows to achieve a completely new aesthetic appeal.
PRE-TREATMENT & SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION
Polyactive SB is a specially developed activator for PVC substrates and optimally prepares the substrate for coating. In addition, the cleaning and degreasing substance has an antistatic effect and serves as an ideal adhesion promoter for Polycolor. Then apply 1 coat of Polycolor Top 2K. ADLER Top-Cleaner is available to end customers for optimum, regular cleaning.
