Leading manufacturers in the European furniture and kitchen industry have long relied on coatings from ADLER. No wonder: the wide range of products from the Austrian coating manufacturer stands for exceptional surface quality, sustainability standards and processing reliability. In future, this complete package will also be available to processors in the roll-to-roll coating sector. The usual competent ADLER service is guaranteed by a newly assembled team of experts: experienced paint technician Ralf Menke in the technical field service, chemist Dr. Sebastian Bräuchle in the laboratory and sales professional Julian Berghofer.
A basis for all requirements
Extremely fast feed speeds, high demands on resistance and surface quality with minimal application quantities, plus a wide variety of substrates, application and curing processes: The roll-to-roll process poses enormous challenges for the coating process - but ADLER knows it is equipped to meet them: "Our diverse product range offers an excellent basis for covering all requirements, whether in terms of the look and feel of the surface, adhesion, elasticity or special curing processes," explains Dr. Bräuchle. To this end, ADLER has a state-of-the-art application technology competence center where all processes can be simulated under laboratory conditions. "In addition to UV hardeners and an excimer system, we also acquired an electron beam hardener last year and can therefore reproduce all common hardening processes," says Ralf Menke. In addition, ADLER scores with a high level of expertise and credibility in the area of sustainability, explains Dr. Bräuchle: "We pursue a consistent sustainability strategy according to the principles of the circular economy. Our low-emission paint systems with a high proportion of renewable raw materials enable sustainable surface finishing of the highest quality."
Tailor-made solutions
Trust is the basis of every successful collaboration - this is particularly true in the industrial sector: "Not only do processors place high demands on product performance, efficiency and environmental properties, but above all they expect consistent quality and processing reliability," says Ralf Menke, drawing on his many years of experience. Uncompromising quality standards and a pronounced service orientation meet ADLER's needs: "Our aim is to develop tailor-made solutions for every industrial user and to adapt our products optimally to their processes," explains Julian Berghofer. The son of ADLER Managing Director Andrea Berghofer represents the fourth generation in the ADLER family business, which was founded in 1934. As Key Account Manager, he is the first point of contact for processors in the roll-to-roll coating sector. He sees great future potential for ADLER: "We are leaders in the field of furniture coatings, with a great deal of technical expertise in industrial application processes and high sustainability standards. I am delighted that we will also be able to make this complete package available to processors in this segment in the future."
