Airmix devices

With Airmix devices, the material is atomised by means of compressed air measuring 20 to 150 bar. The coating material for spraying is pressurised and pushed through a carbide spray nozzle. The hard airless spray jet is made softer by the compressed air (0.5 to 2 bar) and the transitions are thereby improved.

• Finer atomisation than with simple airless sprays

• Regulation of the quantity applied through adjustment of the spray pressure
